Green Forum

MMPI is committed to creating sustainable environments in both the properties we manage and the communities we serve.  Our belief in community education is a cornerstone of this commitment. 

MMPI created the Green Forum at 350 West Mart Center in 2008.  The objective of the Green Forum is to foster an educational interchange between professionals working in the property management, development and sustainable design communities.

The Green Forum facilitates educational exchange by providing qualified organizations with complimentary usage of MMPI’s state-of-the-art conference facilities located at 350 West Mart Center Drive. 

Located on the skywalk level of 350 West Mart Center Drive, the conference facility measures more than 4,000 square feet and provides Green Forum member organizations with a flexible space capable of accommodating both small and large educational programs and special events.  The conference facilities offer a wide range of amenities including:

• A hotel-quality conference space capable of being partitioned into five separate spaces. 
• Accommodates 300 persons theater-style or 150 persons in a banquet-style setting
• Restroom and coat check facilities
• Catering kitchen
• Full sound system with podium, microphone and integrated speaker installation
• Rear and front screen projection with LCD projector
• DVD and CD
• Wireless environment
• Direct indoor access to CTA rapid transit system (Merchandise Mart Station)
• Access to preferred on-site caterer for hosting “green” special events
