Georgetown Jingle 2006 to be Held on Sunday, December 3

The Georgetown Jingle is a new holiday extravaganza and philanthropic event conceived by the Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC, JDS Designs, The Washington Design Center and the Georgetown BID. Come celebrate the season’s fashions and inspirations that showcase the talents and offerings of designers, Georgetown businesses and showrooms of the Washington Design Center. And, help raise critical revenue for the Pediatric Hematology, Oncology, Blood and Marrow Transplantation Program at Georgetown University Hospital.
The Georgetown Jingle brings together designers, businesses and guests for an evening of design, fashion, shopping and unique culinary experiences at the Four Seasons Hotel Washington. The event, designed with families in mind, features a silent auction of Christmas trees and incredible tabletop displays; a holiday boutique of one-of-a-kind, hand-sewn stockings and tree skirts; tastings from Georgetown restaurants; a children’s workshop; and a giving tree full of fabulous gifts.

Fendi Casa Now Open on the 6th Floor

Fendi, the international fashion icon known for its signature inverted FF logo, has opened its Fendi Casa showroom on the 6th floor of The Washington Design Center. Fendi Casa’s stylish and expansive furniture and accessory lines will add yet another dimension to the acclaimed Washington Design Center’s home furnishings collection.

John & Jayson, Together at Last
Willem Smith & Jayson Fifteen Merge & Move to 1st Floor

Showcasing a mélange of warm, contemporary furnishings, the Jayson Fifteen showroom is expanding and moving to the 1st floor, Suite 111. Along with new lines like Merman Rosetti & Stephan Gerould lighting, the company is combining forces with the Willem Smith showroom, and will add this collection to the mix of lighting, furniture and accessories available. The dramatic new space should be open in time for the holidays.
