OPTION 1 - ISLAND CONFIGURATION
  • open space surrounded by aisles; exhibitors should plan displays that can be seen and accessed from all four sides of the space
  • no walls or fixtures provided; island spaces are intended for those companies that are building their own exhibit structure or fixtures; exhibitors may not build walls on the perimeter of their space without consent from Show Management
  • available in increments of 100 square feet (200 square foot minimum)
  • sample configurations:

 OPTION 2 - WALL PACKAGE
  • space includes 10' high freestanding hard walls that must be treated by the exhibitor (paper, paint, etc.)
  • available in increments of 50 square feet
  • sample configurations:
    100 sqft (10' X 10')  |   150 sqft (10' X 15')  |   200 sqft (10' X 20')  |   250 sqft (10' X 25')  |   300 sqft (15' X 20')
  • other configurations based on availability
  • $45 per square foot
  • both options include drayage (on-site freight handling)
  • lighting and electric power are available from the facility for an additional cost
 
IMAGE FILE UPLOAD
While submission of photography is not required, it is strongly encouraged as it assists our vetting committee.

In addition, for companies that are accepted, these images may be featured throughout the Show's promotional campaign, providing increased brand exposure.
  • Image files can only be .jpg, .jpeg, .jpe or .gif format.
  • Minimum image resolution is 72 dpi, 1000 pixels x 1000 pixels.
  • Please do not exceed 1MB per file.
NOTE: the reason we are asking for images in low-res is because we could potential use these images in on-line directory. We can request hi-res version if there are any of these images we would like to potentially use for printed pieces.
