2008 Show Dates
December 4-7, 2008
Jury Deadline: May 1, 2008
Acceptance Criteria
- You must be the maker, designer,
creator and producer of the work.
- Your product,
booth design, & application information
will be juried for quality, authenticity, uniqueness,
salability, booth presentation and overall balance of categories.
- Reproduction
aids such as molds used in jewelry or ceramics
must be created by the applying artisan.
- Hand
pulled original prints (signed and numbered
limited editions) ONLY are permitted.
- Artists must be present
with their work for the entire 4 days of
the show.
In
addition, photographers applying to the One of
a Kind Show must provide:
- A statement noting
that the photographer is the artist. The statement
should indicate if the
photographer prints his/her own work or if it is printed by
a printer/lab. The artist must provide the
name of the printer/lab to the One of a Kind
Show.
- A
statement of the authenticity of the process,
materials and (lifespan of the photo including
the date source.)
- Limited editions must be signed and numbered
and not exceed 250.
Application and Jury Process
Application deadline for the December 2008 show must be completed and submitted before midnight (CST) on May 1, 2008. All applications must be submitted online through Zapplication™ at www.zapplication.org. To be considered, you will be asked to:
- Create an online artist profile
- Prepare and upload 4 digital images of your work and 1 image of a booth presentation (images must be 1920 pixels by 1920 pixels)
- Submit a $30(USD) non-refundable application fee
- Complete the online application and submit it before midnight (CST) on May 1, 2008

Jury Deadline

Jury Notification
Notification of your jury status will be e-mailed to you at the end of May 2008 (please do not call).
If You Are Accepted
Accepted artists will receive an acceptance e-mail and mailed letter followed by a contract, booth payment schedule and additional show information. A 50 percent deposit is due with the contract in June 2008.
Booth Package
Includes: hardwall booth, custom painting, six incadescent floodlights, electricity, carpeting, booth signage, waste basket, booth cleaning, and free drayage. The standard booth size is approximately 10'x10'.
Standard Booth Rate — approx. 10' x 10' = $1,895
Standard Corner Booth Rate — approx. 10' x 10' = $2,195
Multiple and Corner Booth configurations are also available and can be indicated on the contract upon acceptance.
