(MMPI) announces Go Anywhere vehicles will be available at the upcoming Fall Market, Oct. 20-26, 2005, to service all attendees, offering transportation to the showrooms, various locations in High Point, Piedmont Triad International Airport and area hotels. Attendees can request the Go Anywhere Transportation Fleet at the reception desk at any one of MMPI’s six buildings; Historic Market Square, Suites at Market Square, Plaza Suites, National Furniture Mart, Furniture Plaza and Hamilton Market.

The Go Anywhere Transportation Fleet is also supported by the new $4.1 million state-of-the-art transportation hub that will open in time for the October Market. Located on Commerce Street between the International Home Furnishings Center (IHFC) and SHOWPLACE, the Market Authority Xpress (MAX) was designed to move people quickly and efficiently around the Market and outlying areas with three bus lanes, 20 buses continuously traveling 13 routes, and an information kiosk listing arrival and departure times.
